Review and analyze the overall sourcing strategy, results tracking and reporting, prioritization process and overall evaluation of savings contribution to the investment in the sourcing department.

Objective:

Create the environment to execute on a strategic approach to all contracting activities, lay out business plans to achieve results and provide guidance on how the sourcing budget is offset by bottom line value both tangible and intangible (cost avoidance) that is acceptable and agreed to by Corporate oversight.
