Evaluate equipment attributes and historical repair and cost records for the key equipment categories: elevators, fire & safety, HVAC, hot water systems, power systems, security systems, kitchen equipment and for key service categories: water treatment, pest control, landscaping and irrigation.
Objective:
Identify vendors, evaluate proposals and complete negotiations to deliver preventative services that will maximize the life expectancy of the critical facility equipment and maintain the safety and appearance of the property.
