Review product specifications, compare to products purchased, evaluate and analyze product costs, build and evaluate distribution costs including fuel and delivery costs.  Food and non-food products would go through a similar process to determine whether a benefit to contract directly with the manufacturer exists.  This category could involve the evaluation of GPO purchases and contract structure.

Objective:

Complete negotiations to deliver a transparent distribution model and establish on-going comparison of costs over time for negotiation refinement.
